1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NullKeep ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

NullKeep is a zero-knowledge password management service that allows users to store, retrieve, and manage their passwords and other sensitive data securely. "Zero-knowledge" means that your data is encrypted on your device before being transmitted to our servers. We do not have access to your master password or your unencrypted data.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your master password and account information. If you lose or forget your master password, we cannot recover your data. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.2 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the Service. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Pro Plan

Certain features of the Service, such as cloud synchronization across multiple devices, may require a paid subscription ("Pro Plan"). By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees.

4.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by NullKeep and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NullKeep, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NullKeep operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
